Higher Education Album Story

Higher Education is a 90's Style Hip Hop Worship Experience from The Book of Proverbs. When I was writing it with Jesus I heard Him telling me the only way to overcome my emotions was with Wisdom. 

He told me the initial emotional reaction I had to tough situations came so that He could show himself as the God of love and comfort. He doesn't want us to stay in that place though, He wanted me to grow and build on His Wisdom, discernment, insight, knowledge good judgement and common sense.  

And with that I prayed and made my 2026 resolution, it would be the year I would gain Godly wisdom and get off the emotional train that had steered my life for way too long. I went page by page into the Book of Proverbs and what I found was that my I had grown up witnessing and subsequently living most of my life in folly. Our compassionate Father walked me through my mistakes and the mistakes of the generations that came before me. He counseled me that there are two ways to learn. Now I know what I study in the Book of Proverbs are not only words on a page but His truth lived out in my youth. It has been the fuel to live a life determined to study and obey not because I have to but because EVERY word of God' proves true. 

My prayer is that those who have lived life more than others and listen to this album will nod their head in agreement as they feel the music. My prayer for the youth is that you give your hearts and minds over to the only one who can save you from the traps that try to make you stumble on your way to the tree.
